Trail of the Pink Panther
Der “Rosarote Panther”, der wertvollste Diamant der Welt, wurde gestohlen – wieder einmal – und wieder einmal wird Inspektor Clouseau auf den Fall angesetzt. Der Inspektor macht sich auf die Reise zum Tatort, kommt allerdings nicht dort an. Niemand weiß, was geschehen ist, daher macht die Fernsehreporterin Marie Jouvet sich an die Arbeit, und findet heraus, daß es einige Menschen gibt, die Clouseau gerne beseitigen würden, unter anderem auch Inspektor Dreyfus, der Vorgesetzte von Clouseau, der trotzdem eine Grabrede für seinen Untergebenen halten muß.
