The Valley of Gwangi
Im Wilden Westen findet ein Zirkus ein so genanntes Eohippus, ein frühgeschichtliches Minipferd. Aus Sensationsgier macht sich eine Gruppe von Cowboys auf, um das sagenumwobene Verbotene Tal zu finden, aus dem das Tier gekommen ist. Bei ihrer abenteurlichen Entdeckungstour finden sie weitere spektakuläre Urzeittiere. Das größte Ungetüm, der Fleisch fressende Allosaurus Gwangi, wird eingefangen und soll dem Wildwest-Zirkus als Attraktion dienen.
