The Straight Story
Nachdem sein Bruder, mit dem er seit 10 Jahren zerstritten ist, einen Schlaganfall erlitten hat, beschließt der 73-jährige Alvin Straight, ihn zu besuchen. Da er aber keinen Führerschein besitzt und auch kein Bus fährt, entscheidet sich Alvin, die über 500 km mit dem Rasenmäher zu fahren.
