The Eyes of My Mother
Francisca und ihre Mutter, die früher Chirurgin in Portugal war, wohnen zusammen in einem Landhaus. Die Mutter bringt ihrer Tochter alles über die menschliche Anatomie bei und erklärt ihr, dass sie sich nicht vor dem Tod fürchten muss. Das idyllische Zusammenleben wird zerstört, als der Vater gerade nicht daheim ist und die beiden Frauen einen Fremden in ihr Haus lassen, der angeblich nur die Toilette benutzen will. Das Leben von Francisca wird sich daraufhin auf grausame Weise für immer verändern.
