Sechs Freunde reisen auf eine Insel. Sie haben Party im Sinn – und zwar eine verdammt exzessive Party! Dazu gehört auch, sich so richtig die Rüben wegzukoksen. Doch was die Freunde nicht wissen: Das Koks, das sie mit aufs Eiland genommen haben, ist in Wirklichkeit ein hochaggressives Virus. Dahinter steckt eine Terrororganisation. Fünf der sechs Freunde verwandeln sich daraufhin in blutrünstige Kannibalen. Nur Brie Armstrong (Debs Howard) hat nichts von dem Zeug genommen. Sie kämpft nun gegen ihre dem Blutrausch verfallenen Freunde ums Überleben…
